Counsellor / Intake Clinician

Racheal is a Counsellor having completed her Certificate IV in Mental Health and Traineeship program with BayWellbeing in 2023. In addition, Racheal is studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Swinburne University, working towards becoming a registered psychologist.

Racheal has a wealth of life experience and brings great empathy and her warm and caring personality as solid grounding for helping people with a range of life challenges.

Racheal is a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher; trained in various movement, breathing and relaxation techniques, having gained her first yoga qualification nearly 10 years ago. As a yoga teacher she became a leader, gained the power to be present, and the ability to listen and understand that everyone is unique and presents with their own issues.

Racheal’s special interests include trauma & PTSD, specifically for those who work on our frontline, anxiety and depression, personal development, and building self-esteem and confidence.

Racheal's preferred intervention style is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). She works with clients to identify goals and collaboratively develops strategies to assist clients acheive improved mental health.
